You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your data. While we implement reasonable security measures, we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data.
